iPhone hype

I haven't seen one in person, but I expect I would need extra napkins for the drool if I did.

Still, as these things go, the hype has been pretty overblown.

I saw one in person tonight - a friend from my critique group just aquired one. She loves it and is very excited! Looks like too many features to even learn, much less use!

I think the iphone has a long way to go to live up to its over marketed hype. There a many better smartphones out there, but not marketed so vigorously.
