Some Kind of Wonderful

You know I'm talkin' 'bout my baby... she's many kinds of wonderful.Here's a list, in fact.
Maren:
... makes a *mean* dessert
... is fun to have in the car for long trips
... introduced me to musical theatre: Les Mis, Jekyll & Hyde, Wicked, and other amazing shows
... doesn't mind if I play "my" music in the car, and keeps an open mind
... lets me (in fact, encourages me) to go out and do "having a life" kinds of things she isn't yet able to do, without ever complaining
... MAKES THINGS HAPPEN. When Maren decides to do something, I know it will happen - even if it takes a while. (Korea? Done. England? Done. Italy? Sooner than we think.)
... learns and grows with me
... encourages me to do the right thing *all* of the time
... gives many hours of her life in service to her extended family, never asking for anything in return
... loves all of our nieces and nephews dearly and would do anything, ever, for them
... prays all the time, and finds ways to bring a wonderful spirit into our home
... lets me do the "taking care of" even though she'd rather not have to
... does that without millions of apologies, but with millions of thanks and gratitude
... always, always, works to be better, happier, healthier, and have more good things in our lives - things "virtuous, lovely, and of good report"
... never gives up. Never.
... loves me, our little boy, and our children we haven't even had yet
What more could I ask for. Thank you, babes. I love you more than you know.
